Lead Product Architect - Military Veterans

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Architect within the Wealth & Investment Management Architecture team. This role will perform Product Architecture (with a focus on Investment Management Servicing Product Domains) and exhibit leadership to drive a product vision, translate business demands to product capabilities and develops a target architecture modernization roadmap that supports consumer/client consumption. They work with Product Owners and Product Managers to assist on technical aspects of product design. The Lead Product Architect Role is part of the Product Cabinet and is dedicated to support a product.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the implementation of complex projects and initiatives that have companywide scope
• Assist in the creation of architectural artifacts for key technology initiatives related to Investment Management Data Domains
• Participate in the definition of future technology architecture and strategy
• Identify medium to high architectural impacts from business needs
• Conduct complex technology and system assessments for architecture solutions
• Communicate the companywide Architecture strategy and direction to both management and systems related teams
• Make decisions in the development and maintenance of data product architectures
• Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas
• Ensure applications adhere to established Wells Fargo standards, policies, methodologies and industry best practices
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of experience creating strategy

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge and understanding of financial services and investment product management in order to produce product-based architectures
• Experience with Cloud, Data, DevOps, Domain Driven Design, ArchiMate, Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF) fundamentals.
• Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience implementing and managing various data transfer approaches including file transfer, Change Data Capture, Pub/Sub and streaming
• Ability to develop roadmaps and plans that enable strategies
• Experience with one or more Banking Lines of Business
• Product Thinking
• Strong research and analysis skills

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
