Talent Acquisition Coordinator | Dana-Farber Cancer Institute - Military Veterans

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and will work closely the entire Talent Acquisition team in support of the Institute?s hiring needs and administration of the recruitment and employment process of candidates and new hires. The Coordinator will assist recruiters with all aspects of full cycle recruitment in addition to working with the Director of Talent Acquisition on various reporting and compliance needs. Schedule phone and in person interviews for recruiters Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews as needed Management of the CORI and background process for Talent Acquisition Coordinate internal and external career events Serves as TA team liaise to external applicants for inquires related to the application and ATS process Maintain job posting activity for hot jobs and LinkedIn Triage TA related calls from the HR front desk Management of the Employee Referral Program Produces monthly reports for TA leadership Manage TA related compliance audits Manage TA process documentation Other responsibilities and projects as assigned Bachelor?s degree preferred Minimum of two years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced and changing environment Prior experience in a Human Resources department preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Excellent communication and customer service skills via phone, in writing and in person Superior organizational skills Attention to detail, ability to work independently and accurately Ability to prioritize workload and follow through with minimal supervision Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems desired At Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, we work every day to create an innovative, caring, and inclusive environment where every patient, family, and staff member feels they belong.
