Description: The University is on a journey to become a Research 1 (R1) institution. The faculty member will be responsible for continuously publishing in high-quality peer-reviewed journals while developing and delivering high-quality course content in business analytics, information systems, and information technology at the undergraduate and MBA levels both on campus and online. In addition to carrying out impactful teaching and research, faculty member is expected to actively engage in service to the department, college, university, community, and profession. Faculty member is expected to engage with external partners and support grant and external funding opportunities, This is a 9-month, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position. The faculty member will be responsible for developing and delivering course content in business analytics, information systems, and information technology. The faculty member should have experience teaching first-generation and diverse students. Industry/professional experiences and certifications are desirable. Primary Function of Organizational Unit: N.C. A&T is a public, land-grant, doctoral research institution and has been the largest historically Black university in the country for the past decade.
