In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Enhancing Operational Efficiency : By performing skilled activities and using appropriate tools, you’ll support the manufacturing business needs, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

- Quality Assurance : Applying high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship, you’ll ensure that all tasks are performed to the highest quality, minimizing defects and rework.
- Equipment Reliability : By supporting equipment uptime and performing preventive maintenance, you’ll help reduce downtime and improve overall equipment reliability.
- Mentorship and Training : Instructing and coaching others, you’ll share your knowledge and skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Environmental Stewardship : Recognizing the environmental impact of your work, you’ll take steps to minimize negative effects, contributing to sustainability efforts.
- Problem Solving and Improvement : Working with peers and support staff, you’ll identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Prefer significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
- 5 to 7 years manufacturing environment experience.
- Must be able to work in team oriented environment.
- Must be able to use various troubleshooting techniques.
- Must also be able work on projects independently when needed.
- Understand how to read prints.
- Understand G and M coding on CNC machines
