Purpose:

You will be primarily responsible for stocking duties related to receiving, sales, and delivery of parts and accessories in addition to performing customer service and contributing to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assists the Parts Manager or Parts Location Manager with merchandising displays by delivering showroom inventory
  • Assists the Parts Manager or Parts Location Manager with merchandising displays by delivering showroom inventory
  • Place machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations in a timely manner
  • Verify receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments
  • Monitors shortages and expedites processing through reporting to Parts Manager
  • Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
  • May supply service technicians with parts as required
  • Transports parts, small equipment, supplies, and paperwork to other locations and customers
  • Maintain records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts
  • Rotating work schedules including Saturdays
  • May including occasionally working from other Belkorp Ag locations
  • Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
  • Never operate any equipment you are not properly trained on and have not inspected prior to using, for example but not limited to vehicles, tractors, forklifts, mowers, drill press, grinder, hydraulic press, welders, and other general equipment.
  • Follow all safety rules, policies, procedures, and Job Safety Analysis for each job. These are found in Teams/General Channel/mybelkorpag/Safety.
  • Report all unsafe findings you see to your manager immediately or through Everyone Speaks anonymously on Teams/General Channel/Everyone Speaks.
  • Report all injuries, near misses, and accidents within the hour to your Manager, Supervisor, or Risk Supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write and speak effectively
  • Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Hold a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
  • Forklift license preferred
Essential Job Functions Office:
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 45 pounds
  • Sitting up to 5 hours a day
  • Walking or standing up to 4 hours a day
  • Squatting/kneeling up to .5 hours a day
  • Computer/Keyboard work up to hours a day
  • Repetitive Hand Use up to 6 hours a day
