¿Cómo es un día típico como Coordinador de Lectura de Metros? Estarás:
• Contactando a los clientes para obtener lecturas de medidores de los equipos de la empresa
• Respondiendo a las consultas de los clientes siguiendo los estándares éticos y de servicio de calidad de la empresa
• Brindando apoyo al coordinador de facturación y a los coordinadores de ventas
• Ingresando las lecturas de los medidores en el sistema
• Creando y manteniendo informes actualizados de lecturas de medidores y presentando la información recopilada a tu supervisor inmediato
• Realizando cualquier otra tarea solicitada por tu supervisor inmediato
Este trabajo podría ser perfecto para ti si:
• Tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para comunicarse eficazmente con las partes interesadas internas y externas en todos los niveles
• Tienes un grado o estás cursando actualmente un grado en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad o Finanzas
• Tienes experiencia en servicio al cliente
• Tienes conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint y Excel), Windows y Outlook
