Nightwing is seeking an experienced and cleared Logistics: Inventory Manager in support of USG in the Dulles, Virginia area. The right candidate will act as primary POC for all inventory management and property control. Lead efforts for complete, organized and efficient inventory management and property control for a new warehouse facility. Must have experience leading logistics activities and the ability to create plans, execute to plan(s), record and report information and ensure 100% accountability of items received/stored/shipped from the facility.
Secondary duties include acting as liaison between receiving and logistics to ensure orders for various customers are processed in a reasonable timeframe. Assist the receiving department with their functions and provide them with information to identify specific equipment’s upon arrival. Provide shipping and tracking services to various organizations. Arrange for packing, transportation, and/or delivery of goods per the Customer’s request. Develop and implement improved methods of material handling, stock control, and packaging to promote efficient services.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience with the Customer's inventory practices, warehousing and inventory procedures as related to their material.
- Knowledgeable of security guidelines related to material movement.
- Forklift certified on various machines.
- Ability to take initiative, effectively communicate, utilize Customer systems for recording and reporting information.
- Desired Skills
- Knowledge of MSOffice applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access and Project.
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Prior experience in an Inventory Manager role
Additional Requirements:
- Additional Technical and Specialty Training/Certifications Etc.
- Years of Experience Required: 6+ years
- Required Education Level/Major: BS/BA or technical trade School degree
- Equivalent Experience may be substituted for educational requirement
- CONUS TDY Required: Up to 10% CONUS travel, as required
Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one and be eligible for crossover.

The salary range for this role is 85,000 USD - 179,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
