Position Purpose
To provide exam proctoring for benchmark, final exams, and exam reviews for exams scheduled throughout the academic year.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or the equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to exercise judgment and initiative when interacting with students.
Flexibility and openness to change.
Ability to maintain and foster confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

1 year experience in higher education.
Familiarity with PC, Ipad and Mac devices
Experience connecting devices to secure networks and troubleshooting issues.
Familiarity with Zoom and Zoom Chat.
Ability to learn and troubleshoot web-based assessment applications.
