Job Description

As NAM Supply Chain's Strategic Operations Leader, you will report into the North America Supply Chain Leader and provide strategic thought leadership and project management on key areas affecting the success of Veolia Water Technology Zone in the region.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to develop strategic rationale and recommendations on changes needed to NAM Supply Chain, to ensure Veolia Water Technology Zone business plan is successful in the region. Changes could include optimization of NAM manufacturing footprint, optimization of NAM distribution network, optimization of NAM supply chain processes, levels of investment needed for success, resource allocation, etc.
  • Lead approved NAM Supply Chain strategic projects to execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery. Projects will vary from large engineering investments to business processes optimization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks for each project, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for NAM Supply Chain strategic projects, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
  • Manage NAM Supply Chain Project Coordinator.
  • Active member of NAM Supply Chain Leadership Team.


Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proven capability in crafting and implementing strategic operational plans.
  • Ability to lead by influence.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Experience managing multi-million engineering projects.
  • Excellent strategic, analytical and critical thinking.

Education & Experience
Required:

  • University degree in engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
