A Reliability Technician is needed for a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, whose areas of business include pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare products, agricultural chemicals, seeds and biotechnology products in the Whitestown, IN area. This role requires a self-motivated Reliability Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment in a seed processing facility, while also assisting with software deployment and user support.

salary: $18.67 - 26.21 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying and repairing technical issues at a seed processing manufacturing facility.
- Maintain and update equipment as needed.
- Assist in deploying machine software and providing user support.
Skills:
- Troubleshoot issues, track them, and implement resolutions.
- Self-motivation, strong organization skills, and documentation of issues/resolutions are crucial.
Education and Experience:
- Preferably holds a technical degree (2-4 years) but experience can be sufficient.
- Requires mechanical and/or electrical knowledge with industrial networking understanding.
- Reliability Technician role with 2+ years of experience in reliability or maintenance functions.
