Service Warranty Specialist - Northside Lexus Auto Dealership

As our Service Warranty Clerk Assistant, you will support the service department in closing service repair orders and posting payments. This position will work closely with the Service Team to ensure clerical duties are executed accurately while meeting weekly and monthly deadlines.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Close out warranty and internal repair orders



• Post purchase orders.



• Ensure advisors repair orders are accurate for closing.



• Post parts tickets.



• At month end, manage and post parts, make ready and service out of balance accounts.



• Assist the Admin Team as needed.



• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree required (GED); one to two year of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience



• Related experience preferred



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 



• Ability to perform each essential function satisfacorily
