Model Management - Sr. Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant - Military Veterans

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant that will provide direction and oversight of infrastructure-related modernization activities, including ensuring hardware is ordered and provisioned in strategic locations. Additionally, they will lead application sunrise activities and partner with application development teams to ensure appropriate planning for growth footprints.

In this role, you will:

• Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
• Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
• Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
• Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems
• Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
• Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ Project or Program management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience navigating large organizations
• Familiarity with Infrastructure management and coordination amongst numerous distributed teams
• Cloud infrastructure experience
• CAD or Visio experience
• Knowledge complex on and off prem design patterns and associated hardware and operating system requirements

Job Expectations:

• Ability to work on-site at posted location, hybrid is currently available

• Pay Range New York, New York ($138,500-287,600)
  Pay Range Iselin, NJ ($126,400-262,600)

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
