Summary:
The Treasury Management Services Specialist 1 provides excellent customer service while supporting the wire transfer product. They will perform a variety of tasks and assignments, including but not limited to the following:
- Processes wire transfers through the backend wire transfer system with a high degree of proficiency and speed.
- Communicates with internal colleagues and external customers via phone, email, and written correspondence; exchanges information and resolves issues by researching solutions and identifying the best solution, where multiple non-standard solutions are available.
- Handles escalated customer issues, or further escalates customer issues as appropriate.
- Participates in system upgrades and testing, as needed.
- Cross-trains regularly to maintain proficiency in a variety of departmental functions and administrative tasks.
This is an in-office role with work hours of Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1 or more years direct customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task while performing multiple high risk processes.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Experience working in a high risk area with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risk.
- Experience with high performance culture is a plus.
- Ensure efficient and timely deliverables; adapt quickly to an intense and changing environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple processes quickly.
- Experience servicing customers via telephone, a plus.
- Ability to perform accurate work under pressure is critical.
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven, high monetary risk environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
