Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and web content.
• Conduct SEO research to optimize content and improve website rankings.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Manage and update marketing materials, property listings, and website content.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, graphic designers, and vendors to execute marketing strategies.
• Coordinate and schedule events, open houses, and promotions.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with online audiences.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of marketing experience (real estate industry experience highly preferred).
• Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, or WordPress).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
