We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow.
Your role
Your mission as Inside Sales Manager is to optimize the efficiency and territory coverage for our business. You will be responsible for defining, establishing and following up on the implementation of best practices within the Inside Sales Team while promoting a highly collaborative environment with field sales and operations teams. You will implement processes to guarantee that your team effectively prospects, conducts a proactive sales process, quotes in line with customers' needs and follows up on every opportunity. You will be highly focused on people and processes while developing cross-functional collaboration and alignment with other managers both in service and equipment sales. You will be willing to explore different views of the world, new customer and management paradigms and trends, and to challenge the status quo, looking for innovative solutions for an ever-changing market scenario. You will report to the CTS National Sales Manager.
- You will manage and lead the inside and parts sales team.
- You will ensure that the necessary processes and best practices are implemented and followed up.
- You will identify, suggest, and implement process improvements and best practices.
- You will monitor and drive activity levels that will lead to the established vision of success for the business.
- You will follow up on the performance of team members while working on their competence development.
- You will collaborate with operations to best handle inbound and outbound requests, driving a hasslefree experience for our customers.
- You will optimize and find efficiencies on the call flow to ensure all calls are captured and handled in a t imely manner.
- You will identify competence gaps, plan and implement training plans and conduct performance evaluations.
- You will develop in-depth knowledge and usage of business tools to assist your team in learning and gathering necessary customer information for a successful sale.
- You will ensure that accounts receivable issues are getting addressed proactively and that all necessary paperwork, such as terms and conditions, are properly in place during a sales process.
- You will assist in the upkeep of the installed base information and customers records in the CRM system.
- You will provide feedback to sales and marketing teams
- You will perform other duties related to the strategic and operational development of the business.
- You will actively contribute to team efforts, meetings and discussions.
- You have a bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering, or other technical specialization. Relevant related experience will be considered.
- You have 3+ years experience managing a team with members both on-site and remote.
- You are willing to develop yourself by learning new skills and increasing your knowledge of products, systems and the company's market and operation.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver messages to stakeholders at different levels inside and outside of the organization.
- You are customer-oriented, able to understand customer needs and prioritize them accordingly. • Certain though open and reflective while forming opinions.
- You can take risks while still analyzing potential pitfalls of his/her actions. • Show good level of empathy while enforcing company policies and strategic directions.
- You can demonstrate assertiveness while being helpful to various demands from the organization.
- You are self-motivated, willing to take action while coping with varied workloads.
- You are organized while demonstrating flexibility in day-to-day work.
