Project Administrator, Emerging Technology (Temporary) - Military Veterans

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Project Administrator, Emerging Technology (Temporary) based at our Greenville, NC location. 

What you will do: 

• Provide dedicated support to dealers and customers for Hyster and Yale Emerging Technology solutions. 

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our solution platform and project management processes to offer timely assistance. 

• Coordinate activities with dealers and technology partners to ensure smooth deployment of emerging technology projects. 

• Serve as the main point of contact to ensure seamless transition of project details from sales to the project delivery team. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues from calls, emails, and CM tickets, and work with the supply chain to ensure visibility of truck locations for ongoing projects.

What you will need: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (entry-level position with a Bachelor’s). 

• Associate degree with 3+ years of experience in customer service or system support. 

• In lieu of a degree: 5+ years of experience in customer service or system support roles. 

Skills, Experience & Abilities       

• Strong customer service experience (phone and email support). 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Familiarity with telemetry systems or similar technology platforms.
