Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Project Administrator, Emerging Technology (Temporary) based at our Greenville, NC location.
What you will do:
Provide dedicated support to dealers and customers for Hyster and Yale Emerging Technology solutions.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our solution platform and project management processes to offer timely assistance.
Coordinate activities with dealers and technology partners to ensure smooth deployment of emerging technology projects.
Serve as the main point of contact to ensure seamless transition of project details from sales to the project delivery team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues from calls, emails, and CM tickets, and work with the supply chain to ensure visibility of truck locations for ongoing projects.

What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (entry-level position with a Bachelor’s).
Associate degree with 3+ years of experience in customer service or system support.
In lieu of a degree: 5+ years of experience in customer service or system support roles.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Strong customer service experience (phone and email support).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with telemetry systems or similar technology platforms.
