Digital Product Management Senior Manager - Middleware - Military Veterans

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager (Digital Product Management Senior Manager) in Technology as part of the Chief Technology Office (CTO). The selected Product Manager will have proven technical and leadership skills in large enterprise infrastructure environments to collaborate with engineering leaders and product owners on the overall product intention map, product canvas, and product roadmap, to deliver modern capabilities. This new team member will establish, communicate, and monitor strategic goals, objectives and key results (OKRs).

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of the strategy within our Middleware product (Messaging/Streaming Platforms, Application/Web Hosting, Managed File Transfer)
  • I dentify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products
  • Engage customers and stakeholders to inform decision making throughout the product lifecycle to improve the customer experience
  • Define acceptance criteria for epics
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management experience


Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong dependency management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
  • Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
  • Proven knowledge and working experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Middleware, to include Messaging/Streaming Platforms, Application/Web Hosting, Managed File Transfer
  • Strategic thinker capable of envisioning the future of the product


Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel 20%
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
