Traveling NGDV Field Service Representatives - Military Veterans

STS Technical Services is hiring Traveling NGDV Field Service Representatives to provide diagnostic and repair support for Next Generation Delivery Vehicles (NGDV) across multiple fielding locations. This position requires 80% travel to customer sites across the U.S., ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of NGDV equipment.

Location: 80% Travel Across the United States

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product orientation and maintenance training at customer locations.
  
  
• Diagnose and repair issues related to NGDV equipment on-site.
  
  
• Assist dealer service technicians with troubleshooting and repairs via on-site support, phone, or email.
  
  
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with repairs and resolve any outstanding concerns.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• 5+ years of experience in automotive, heavy trucks, or marine repair.
  
  
• Ability to travel 80%.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong electrical system expertise.
  
  
• ASE certifications.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  
  
• Must be able to work in dynamic environments and handle physical demands of the role.
