Faculty Position as Director of Renal Pathology - Military Veterans

The Department of Pathology at the New York University Grossman School of Medicine is recruiting for an Assistant/Associate Professor with expertise in renal Pathology to manage the renal pathology service. Board certification or eligibility in Anatomic Pathology is required. Additional subspecialty training and/or expertise is required, specifically in renal transplant pathology. The candidate will work with a highly innovative multidisciplinary renal transplant team. The candidate would be responsible for diasgnostic sign-out, conferences and education and also have a commitment to research. The candidate would be expected to manage the renal pathology service and assist in the diagnostic service of another surgical pathology subspecialty. 

NY State licensure is required. Salary and rank will commensurate with experience.

Salary range: $230,000-$250,000 (The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors).
