Job Summary:

As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, including managing and maintaining our accounts payable and receivable processes. You will ensure that all payments are processed efficiently and accurately while assisting in maintaining up-to-date financial records.

Requirements MUST HAVES :

Requirements:

-TWO YEARS MINIMUM experience in accounts payable/receivable or a related role
-Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities:

-Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner
-Review and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
-Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer accounts
-Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
-Prepare and submit timely payments to vendors
-Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
-Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
-Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
-Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
