About The Company:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Team: Assist sales representatives in managing leads, processing orders, and coordinating daily activities.


• Customer Communication: Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing updates on orders, answering inquiries, and delivering top-tier service.


• Order Processing: Enter and track orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.


• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels, update product availability, and monitor deliveries.


• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales data and reports to support business decisions and forecast trends.


• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance and operations, to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in equipment or industrial sectors.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
