About Us: Boutique law firm specializes in complex transactions and disputes, serving a diverse clientele including Fortune 500 companies, venture capital firms, and major utilities. Is looking for an administrative assistant to support the legal accounting team.

Responsibilities: As a Bilingual accounting assistant/administrative assistant, you will be a vital member of our legal accounting team. Your duties will include: Providing administrative support to the legal accounting team Utilizing advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, data validation, formatting) Assisting with legal billing or accounting tasks (experience preferred but not required) Qualifications: Fluency in Korean or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is essential Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for legal administration, we encourage you to apply
