Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP SD / LE Consultant :
This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
- This position may require travel and /or relocation to Project / client locations.

- At least 11 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/LE (Order to Cash Business processes) including aATP, EDI, pricing, invoicing & settlement processes along with legacy system integration,
- Experience in SAP SD and Logistics Execution (SAP Order to Cash) with around 5+ years in SAP order to Cash in CPG Industry sector
- Strong cross functional and integration knowledge,
- At least 4 End to End SAP ERP implementation experience with at least 1 in SAP S/4HANA,
- Experience in managing large scale, implementation, and Application Support engagements,
- Has led large team of more than 12+ SAP SD/LE consultants, across geographies (Management of global remote teams),
- Leads solutioning and validations of solutions,
- Excellent experience in problem management (fixing recurring issues) and bringing in ideas for system automations and long term reduction of incidents,
- Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner
- Lead solutioning of critical and high application support issues end to end, & should be able to bring various tools and stakeholders together in order to build a quick solution to fix the issue and ensure a long-term solution is also triggered,
- Excellent Management and communication skills and should be capable of working closely with the client senior leadership in order to report out critical issues/incidents on the floor (Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues),
- Work closely with the deployment teams to ensure smooth transition of work from projects to support,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with abilities to mentor and educate the team members,
- Should build a high performing team,
- Should be able to gain high trust and become a single point of contact for everything that is related to SAP Order to Cash,
- Exposure and working experience of SAP DSD would be highly preferred,
- Exposure to SAP debugging is preferred,
- Build Infosys brand value and customer perceptions through knowledge, communication, management and teamwork,
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $94,000- $131,600
In Washington, DC: $85,700-$124,600
