Senior Campus Communications Technician Position Purpose The primary objective of this position is to provide support to the Mail & Copy Center Supervisor in regard to mail sorting and distribution, operating various machines, and providing great customer service to students, NEC employees, and outside vendors. This position will also have responsibilities to answer the main phone lines, answer general questions by the caller, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments. Essential Duties Summary Sorting and distribution of mail; Administrative support to Mail Manage postage charge billing.
