Responsibilities
Rsum: Installe, rpare, ajuste, modifie, entretient et calibre lquipement lectrique et/ou lectronique.
- Entretient, vrifie, installe et rpare, suivant les procdures et les normes approuves, les lignes dalimentation lectrique pour lopration de toute machine, quipement et systme requrant llectricit pour leur fonctionnement ainsi que pour les moteurs lectriques, les systmes dclairage et le btiment.
- Entretient, installe, rpare, vrifie, modifie et calibre lquipement lectrique et lectronique ainsi que linstrumentation pneumatique et hydraulique.
- Fait la mise--jour des plans et des dessins de fabrication ou dinstallation des contrles lectriques et lectroniques et, au besoin, des contrles pneumatiques et hydrauliques.
- Effectue le dpannage des quipements de production, des appareils de laboratoire, instruments de procd ou autre.
- Assure lentretien des programmes informatiss actuellement utiliss, principalement ceux des automates programmables.
- Dans le cadre dun programme dentretien prventif, pour lequel il participe lamlioration, vrifie, entretien et rpare, les systmes de contrle des appareils de production et de contrle de qualit.
- Participe llaboration de nouveaux projets qui ncessite des quipements lectriques et/ou automatiss.
- Rquisitionne, selon les besoins, certains matriaux ncessaires linstallation et la rparation dquipement lectrique, lectronique et dinstrumentation pneumatique et hydraulique.
- Transporte ou dplace le matriel et lquipement manuellement ou laide de chariot fourche, camions, levier mcanique, tire-fort ou table sur roulettes.
- Rapporte son responsable immdiat toute dfectuosit du matriel, des outils et dquipement.
- Participe llaboration des procdures de mise en marche des quipements avec les diffrents dpartements.
Qualifications
- DEC en lectrodynamique ou DEC en instrumentation et contrle
- Certification en lectricit CE (Licence C d'lectricien)
Salaire:
l'embauche: 37.29$/heure (chelle 90%), aprs 1 an 39.36$/heure (chelle 95%), aprs 2 ans 41.43$/heure (chelle 100%)
Possibilit de se faire reconnatre exprience pertinente l'embauche pour tre intgr directement dans l'chelle de progression 95% ou 100%.
