- Estimated annual base pay: $51,520.00 (minimum) - $64,400.00 (midpoint) - $77,280 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Pricing Analyst I, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position is responsible for supporting the segment pricing leader and manage the day-to-day activities in the implementation of pricing strategies within the business segment. This position is also responsible for supporting the development of special initiatives that maximize profitable growth. This role reports directly to the segment business pricing leader.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product leaders, Sales, and Finance to develop business specific pricing strategy to support segment growth and achieve company-wide profitability targets
- Manage annual process to adjust catalogs in Wise including data analysis and support determination of proposed changes
- Assist with calculation of annual price escalation within existing contracts
- Supports day to day requests for pricing and assists with determination of pricing for new contracts, services etc. Monitor adherence to established pricing
- Collaborate with the Central Pricing Desk to develop and implement lean processes and policies for pricing and quotations. Ensure the compliance of developed processes and polices across business segment
- Participate in the pricing process for acquisition of large accounts, renewals of large accounts and new product introduction.
- Maintain and utilize integrated pricing models and analysis tools developed by the Central Pricing Desk to ensure pricing execution is consistent and meet profitability goals; modifying model, analytic tools parameters as needed to reach the overall objectives.
- Utilize data analytics and process enhancements to gather market/field data and assess the impact of pricing strategies on performance, competitive landscape, pricing elasticity etc.
- US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business or related fields; in lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
- 0-2 years. Basic Excel experience (basic data entry, simple formula usage, basic chart creation)
- CPP Certified Pricing Professional preferred
- Some travel required
