Trial Coordinator – 1st Shift – Starting Rate $27.37/hr - Military Veterans

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What you will do

• Ensure timely processing of questions and requests from internal and external customers regarding field assets for the Endoscopy, Sports Medicine, and Communications divisions


• Communicate efficiently and effectively with cross-functional team members and stakeholders on order details and updates as necessary


• Maintain accurate record keeping for data accuracy and order entry


• Interpret system-generated reports to aid in decision making


• Problem solve and coordinate account delinquency issues with sales representatives and customers as necessary


• Maintains data accuracy by routinely cleaning up issues found in reporting.


• Share Field Asset data requested by the field to support prioritization of returns.


• Foster the cultural discipline for continuous improvement related to product quality, process efficiency, waste reductio, and team engagement

What you need

Required

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent


• At least 3 years of professional work experience; preferably in customer care and support


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs


• Demonstrated written/verbal communication skills for email and phone interactions with customers

Preferred

• Associates Degree or higher education


• Proficiency with ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.)


• Experience with SAP, a plus

$27.37 - $37.02 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
