Visual Project Manager - Military Veterans

A lifestyle clothing company in Goleta, CA is looking for a temporary, remote Visual Project Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the Visual Merchandising team's activities and ensuring the achievement of project objectives.

Pay: $40-$42 an hour
Location: Fully Remote, must be located in California for tax purposes.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Duration: TEMP – Oct 28, 2024 - March 2025, (could go longer)

Job Duties:
-Establish and oversee project timelines with a focus on scalability and measurable results, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure key project activities are executed on time and within budget.
-Develop and maintain project calendars and management tools to provide visibility into overarching trends, driving efficiency, profitability, and project quality.
-Continuously gather stakeholder feedback to enhance processes and boost efficiency by analyzing workflow performance and identifying key metrics for workflow and capacity.
-Take charge of communication and engagement with vendors for project proposals, presenting requirements, scope, brand tools, and budget details.
-Oversee the RFP process, budget management, and invoicing, leveraging available resources.

Requirements:
-Min 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the creative industry, managing multi-channel creative teams.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
