Duties:

  • Serve as a partner, advisor and thought leader on the future state technology landscape (ERP and legacy systems environment), and systems implementation.
  • Play a key role in business system transformation program and responsible for defining the solution design and deliver the Production planning and execution process across Integrated end to end supply chain - consumer and corrugated Mills (31) & Converting (200+).
  • Provide future roadmap of solution improvements and provide expertise to SAP S/4 plan to produce solution from built to run.
  • Lead the global template design and roll out of SAP S/4 plan to produce deployments.
  • Provide leadership on Plan to Make business processes - Production planning and Detail schedule in S/4, Production recording and Quality management within S/4, Integration with
  • SAP IBP, Trim optimization process, AATP and integration knowledge of Order to cash
  • Translate business requirements to technology solutions to apply the right technology solutions.
  • Partner with System integrator to ensure proper documentation of Blueprints and Functional Specifications
  • Lead complete test plans and lead unit and integrated test cycles
  • Identify and eliminate technical and implementation risks associated with a technology solution
  • Consult with project managers to develop project plan for proposed solutions including estimates that address assumptions, resources, integration points and risk
  • Proactively work with business leaders, process leaders, and project teams to identify technology solutions and integration opportunities to solve business needs
  • Access the impact on legacy systems - Integration, timeline and collaborate with legacy team to deliver the changes per project plan
  • Lead the project design, build & test various activities of transformation project
  • Evaluate digital capabilities and provide point of view to leadership & influence the design
  • Manage multiple projects using enterprise PMO methodology - Scope, risk, delivery, budget etc, collaborating with PM and resources from other team members
  • Provide project / budget updates to executive IT and business leadership
Requirements:

Employer will accept a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, IT or related field and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following:
  • Hands-On functional SAP APO, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 etc. solution experience
  • Full cycle Plan to Make (SAP PP, QM and PPDS) business processes, Configurable product experience is Plus (Variant configuration)
  • Experience in the Production Planning (PPDS), Production Execution and Quality Management
  • ERP, Logistics, Production and Finance is plus and integration of ERP & MES
  • SAP APO/IBP functional/configuration knowledge on the following Integration areas: demand planning, supply planning (optimization engine expertise), and inventory optimization.
  • Cloud Integration and CIF
  • Building and reviewing detailed functional & technical documents, Reports, Function modules, Transactions, Interfaces, Output processing
