We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Service) to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow.
Your role
Your mission as a Regional Sales Manager is to develop and grow the regional equipment business, by focusing on the execution of the CTS strategy, developing and implementing plans with each team member, and having a strong, proactive sales management approach. You will report to the National Sales Manager.

  • You will develop and implement short and long term sales, marketing, and business development strategies. Planning should take into consideration the interests and needs of customers. Develop and grow Service Sales, and other services, in the assigned region in accordance with Quincy targets and objectives.
  • You will identify important improvement areas and implement processes, which will bring sustainability & profitable results to the service business and deliver in both short and long term goals will drive success in the job.
  • You will work with both inside and field sales team to create the right mix of products. Additionally, you will foster collaboration between CTS Sales, Operations and Equipment Sales to further capture opportunities from day one will be key for the successful completion of your mission.
  • You will standardize sales process, procedures, and metrics to drive the PSM process and sustainable sales pipeline development.
  • You will follow up on well-defined CTS KPIs and execute the action plans to achieve results.
  • You will conduct geographical and potential analysis to identify where to focus efforts, running targeted marketing campaigns and using connectivity data & leads generated to further grow the business.
  • You will drive efficiency and implement sales strategies for all sales roles in the region.
  • You will prepare short and long-term forecasts and analysis in line with the position.
  • You will work with the marketing team to successful launch new products while maintaining and growing sales of existing products.
  • You will be a business renewal champion, working to increase customer retention and capturing new machines.
  • You will coach, train, and motivate sales team members to further develop them in their current and future roles.
  • You will develop and assign sales targets in line with the business growth targets.
  • You will actively report on business results, trends and competitive analysis, acting to improve the business following set targets.
  • You will control overall expenses while maximizing company assets and human resources in accordance with the company business plan.
  • You will contribute significantly to the market business development strategy to achieve our ambition to dramatically grow market share and market penetration in the region, with a strong focus on key account development.
  • You will represent Quincy Compressor at regional trade associations, shows and conferences.
  • You will coordinate regional sales meetings to provide product and skills training, goal setting, and motivation.
To succeed, you need
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
  • You have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the industrial compressor industry.
  • You have a minimum 3 years managing teams, implementing and executing plans to achieve desired results are a must
  • You are willing to develop yourself by learning new skills and increasing your knowledge of our products, systems and the company's market and operation.
  • You have the ability to cope with large sums of information and to create, in collaboration with a multi-layered organization, well-defined plans, which will be easily communicated and implemented.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver messages to stakeholders at any level inside and outside of the organization.
  • You have a solid understanding of the industrial air compressor business, with proven sales and marketing experience in the compressor industry.
  • You have knowledge of the AIM strategy (strong advantage).
  • You have experience managing process development and project implementation (desirable).
  • You have demonstrated leadership, management, communications, and planning skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerBI, CRM and Outlook.
  • You will travel (required).
  • You can work in a mostly office environment with a lot of time spent in the field on customer sites and riding along with team members. You may be exposed to a field service environment at customers' job-sites.
  • You can work overtime and weekends as needed.

Location
You will be remote near our Birmingham, Alabama location and have a dedicated territory. #LI-Remote
