Position Summary
- Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products.
- Participate in service educate training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge on existing products and pursue additional technical and product knowledge by actively participating in the training programs of the dealership. This includes manufacturer training and on-the-job training.
- Diagnose and support machine systems including precision Ag technology.
- Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
- Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
- Account for all time on a timecard and for all material used in performing assigned duties.

Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures.
- Knowledge and ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions.
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
- 1+ years of experience performing service repairs.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license is required.
