Posting Description FINANCIAL ANALYST 1 , Division of Student Life (DSL), to support budget financial planning and analysis functions within the DSL Finance & Accounting group, including assisting with budgeting processes, managerial reporting and analysis and financial contract compliance; and act as a resource for DSL staff, answering questions about budget, financial and business performance, and assist with resolving policy and procedural issues. Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in finance, financial reporting, budgeting, or accounting; robust written and oral communications skills; and initiative with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team or independently as the assignment requires. PREFERRED : robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills and attention to detail; proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau, Cognos, Power BI or familiarity with the concepts of relational databases, tables, and SQL; excellent interpersonal skills; and ability to build strong relationships with clients, and a successful track record of collaboration toward achieving objectives.
