Job Title: Instructional Designer (Remote - California Residency Only)

Essential Functions:

Content Development: Design and produce engaging learning tools, including courses, assessments, guides, videos, podcasts, and eBooks.
Content Creation Tools: Utilize video/photo editing software and authoring tools to create and enhance instructional materials.
Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with guidelines and accurately reflects key priorities. Use storyboarding, wireframing, and feedback loops to refine designs.
Content Deployment: Upload courses to Learning Management Systems (LMS), provide technical support, and conduct training on using learning tools.
Quality Improvement: Stay updated on online learning trends and troubleshoot issues.
Required Competencies:

Expertise in instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Captivate, multimedia tools, and SCORM-compliant content creation.
Experience working with LMS platforms and technical troubleshooting.
Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Instructional Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in mental/behavioral health.
