Paper Cup Machine Operator - Military Veterans

The company is a multinational fine chemical manufacturer. Dongjin strives to deliver innovative and reliable chemical products and services to its customers in the semiconductor, display, and energy industries.
Room for growth, their Plant Manager started as a Machine Operator and kept getting promoted.

Need skilled Machine Operators. Someone who has the potential to use a Lyle Series - Brown Machine would be a huge plus. They make tons of different products such as noodle cups, Food Containers, and Chocolate candy holders. Different molds for the various products and having to adjust the temperatures according to the product. Machines are more manual than automatic.

Primary Functions:

Tends machine that automatically forms flat-bottomed double wall paper cups: Loads rolls of bottom, inner paper, and outer paper on a machine.
Threads end of paper through rollers and forming guides, and starts machine that automatically forms paper into double wall paper cups and glue seams.
Periodically work with QC testing samples of cups for leaks.
Watch packers placing a specified number of cups in tubes preparatory to packing.
Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing paper cup equipment.
Organizing and scheduling effectively in support of production priorities.
SNAPSHOT FOR POSITION – these are not negotiable:

• Must be able to work independently, be accountable, communicate effectively, and have the ability to prioritize tasks. We need dependable professionals!


• Must have Paper Cup machine operator experience or related skills.


• High School diploma


• Must be capable of providing 2 forms of VALID ID.


• 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts. Will discuss this in the interview. Some overtime, and possibly on Saturdays occasionally.

M-F every other Sat/ 10hr a day 3x different shifts

Our production line of thermoforming is operated differently by the operator and packer as follows.

Operator: 2 shift (1st : 3 AM to 3 PM / 2nd shift : 3 PM to 3 AM / Mon to Fri)
Packer : 3 shift (1st : 3 AM to 11 AM / 2nd shift: 11 AM to 7 PM / 3rd shift: 7 PM to 3 AM / Mon to Fri)
