Great Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Prime Location: On-site in downtown Chicago

What You’ll Do:

Sort and deliver mail, manage shipping, and assist with meetings and events
Provide excellent reception services and ensure supplies are well-stocked
Follow safety protocols in all tasks
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
Communicate effectively and collaborate with your team
Multitask efficiently and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary

Who We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to stand or remain on your feet for extended periods
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
