Manufacturing Planner - Military Veterans

Our Supply Planning team plays a critical role in ensuring we meet production demands and deliver our aircraft on time and with precision.

THE WORK

As a Supply Planner at Sikorsky, you will be responsible for high-level planning and scheduling of production requirements to support our ambitious production goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

Extracting data from SAP and our production simulation programs to perform rate and flow analysis, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
Reviewing, analyzing, and taking action on Exception and Demand Stability reports.
Attending and presenting in meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production priorities.
Generating Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) as required to support inventory and production needs.
Performing general upkeep and maintenance of parts and inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations. You have experience working with SAP and production simulation tools, and you excel at translating data into actionable insights. Your collaborative approach allows you to work effectively with various stakeholders to meet production targets and improve processes.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with MS Excel including Pivot tables
Understanding SAP
Ability to work in teams as well as independently
Ability to communicate effectivity with various levels of management
Understanding of MS Word, and general computer skills
Bachelors degree with 1+ years of experience or equivalent experience
Desired Skills:
SQL utilization
Tableau creation
Data analytics
MS Excel & PowerPoint
Previous Sikorsky operations experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
