Electrical Maintenance Manager - Military Veterans

They are looking for a Shift Manager, Maintenance, who will be responsible for applying engineering principles, troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques to evaluate and make decisions that resolve operational conditions and improve reliability.

In addition, this role will supervise, direct, and coordinate efforts of experienced technicians, craftsmen, and project planners to repair and maintain mechanical and/or electrical equipment to maximize operating efficiencies and improve reliability.

They are looking for strong leaders with electrical maintenance backgrounds. This position is on the day shift, however, you may be required to work off shift to assist occasionally. Gary, Indiana area.

$90 - $120K with straight overtime. A 10% bonus, benefits, a 401k, and a relocation package.
