Commercial & Private Banking Analyst Senior - Military Veterans

Job Description Summary:

The Commercial & Private Banking Group Senior Analyst reports to the Chief Operating Officer – Commercial & Private Banking Group and will play an important role assisting the senior leadership team with information management and content creation that supports and validates decisions and strategies. This role uses independent judgement in the design and creation of effective materials that will express initiatives and vision of the Commercial & Private Bank. Independently manages complex projects resolving issues and adhering to deadlines.

Pay Range: $55,672.00 - $72,373.00 - $89,085.00

Job Description:

Organizes and manages projects for the leadership team.  This involves independently translating leadership team priorities to executable plans, problem solving with other team members and partners to achieve stated outcomes, conducting research and analysis as needed to inform the project, and ensuring projects are brought to closure.

Creates content to support executive presentations, board materials, leadership routines, town halls, and other forums. Content may take the form of presentations, agendas, executive summary and action items, spreadsheets, or other.  Maintain Teams / SharePoint site and content.      

Supports and contributes to the development of Commercial & Private Banking Group strategy, strategic plan, and related strategic initiatives.

Analyzes data and makes recommendations based on the results to discern insights and support decision making.

Support other members of the Commercial & Private Banking Group senior leadership team with special projects, content creation, analysis, and research, as required.         

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) Bachelor's degree.

Minimum experience required: 5+ years of business analyst, project management or similar relevant work including internships in the financial industry. 

Demonstrated ability to create executive level presentations.

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft applications with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project management experience.
