Training Specialist I - Military Veterans

About the Role:
Yardi is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to support our Senior Living product suite. In this crucial role, you will conduct trainings on our Voyager software and Senior Living CRM and EHR products for both new and existing Yardi employees and clients.
What You'll Do:
• Lead Comprehensive Training: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on Yardi's Senior Living products, including Voyager, CRM, and EHR, for employees and clients.
• Support and Empower Learners: Help participants assimilate knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and guide them in effectively using the software while maintaining excellent client communication.
• Execute Diverse Training Sessions: Deliver impactful training sessions, webinars, and workshops individually or in group settings.
• Meet Project Milestones: Adhere to training schedules and timelines for Go-Live implementations, ensuring thorough set-up and run-through training.
• Address Inquiries: Respond to employee and client questions about product and software functionality and setup.
• Resolve Issues: Research and resolve software or product issues, escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Facilitate Various Instructional Formats: Provide instruction through web-based courses, online webinars, face-to-face sessions, Go-Live implementations, and one-on-one coaching.
• Deliver Expertise: Educate participants on technology, product details, and industry knowledge.
• Tailor Communication: Effectively communicate subject matter by understanding the audience's needs and customizing sessions to match their education level and skill set.
• Develop Training Materials: Create course content and ancillary training materials based on defined learning objectives.
Who You Are:
• Associate's Degree in a related area (Business, Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering Sciences, or product-related field) or equivalent experience
• Ability to positively and effectively interact with others and the ability to teach and coach others
• People focused with the ability to build rapport
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to make sound decisions in identifying training solutions and proactively resolving learner issues
• Proven strong ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team orientation and desire to take initiative and go the extra mile
• Motivation - you are internally driven and can exercise sound judgment
• Flexibility, and the ability to be resourceful and manage changing priorities
• Ability to travel up to 10%
Ideal to Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree
• Property management industry experience
• Technology/Software product knowledge and experience
