As
a Lead Systems Engineer IPT Leader here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal
role in in driving our organization's growth and success. You will lead the Core Display Applications
Integrated Product Team (IPT) and collaborate with various departments to
develop and deliver cutting-edge display solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing
the development and integration of display applications for the Next Generation
Avionics project Anthem, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality
products to our customers.
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our
Deer Valley, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have
a significant impact on our Aerospace Technologies business unit by leading the
IPT and driving the development of cutting-edge display applications. You will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of
these applications into our aerospace systems, contributing to the advancement
of aviation technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Core Display Applications Integrated
Product Team (IPT) - Oversee the development and
integration of display applications for aerospace systems - Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to deliver customer-centric solutions - Lead a team of skilled engineers
- Drive continuous improvement and
implement best practices

regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.
citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under
asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export
authorization
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited
institution in a technical discipline such as engineering, computer science,
technology, mathematics - Proven track record of success in
systems engineering roles - Strong technical background in
display applications for aerospace systems - Experience leading cross-functional
teams - Excellent communication and
leadership skills
