Mobile Service Advisor - Military Veterans

The Mobile Service Advisor is responsible for coordination of customer's repairs on a mobile service basis. The advisor will work closely with mobile service technicians to ensure customer needs are met.Rush Truck Centers opens the door to the world of opportunity. Grow with us as we continue to expand our network of locations and services.Responsibilities: - Create repair orders in the business system according to mobile technicians and customer needs.- Review repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted. Close repair order as appropriate and in a timely manner.- Maintain work in process repair orders until completion. Upon completion, contacts customer to receive payment.- Check on progress of repair throughout the day in coordination with the mobile technician. Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail, and get proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.- Handle telephone inquiries regarding inbound work and work in process. Dispatch mobile technician to customer location for repair needs.- Establish customers method of payment.
