Custodial/Security Associate, UTM Selmer Center - Military Veterans

The UT Martin Selmer Center is seeking qualified applicants for the Custodial Maintenance and Security Specialist position.
This position is located at the University of Tennessee at McNairy County Center in Selmer, TN.
Duties:
* Performing various custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
* Managing supplies including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
* Setting up and taking down for special events.
* Cleaning floors, windows, walls, and other assigned areas.
* Managing trash control and emptying trash containers.
* Performing groundskeeping and building maintenance duties.
* Operating maintenance equipment such as mowers.
* Securing and unlocking the center and providing safety support
* Reporting safety concerns to the immediate supervisor.
* Completing work orders.
* Assist with basic technology support and serve as IT support facilitator, as needed.
* Performs other duties as directed
