To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Immediate Reporting: Stop work and report any major injury hazards.

  • Proactive Safety: Look out for one another and correct hazards within your control.


  • Environmental Awareness: Minimize negative environmental impacts.

  • Adherence: Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.


  • Issue Raising: Minimize cost and quality exposures by raising issues.


  • Inspections: Perform quality inspections and control non-conforming material.




Delivery




  • Operation: Operate equipment to meet customer expectations.


  • Goals: Achieve production goals and work at the required cycle time.


  • Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area and perform routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.


  • Flexibility: Perform miscellaneous duties to meet production goals.


  • Collaboration: Work with peers and support staff to maintain equipment.

Compensation


Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The


final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s


qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
