The Opportunity:
Do you have thrive in a safety-first, collaborative environment and have 4+ years of industrial electrical experience? We're looking for an experienced Licensed Electrical Journeyman to provide leadership and training on our solar electrical projects. In this role, you'll handle tasks like DC/MV terminations, conduit work, splicing, and much more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit
  • Utilize hand and power tools after proper training
  • Perform DC and MV wire pulls, terminations, and energizations
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces
  • Mentor and train team members

Qualifications:
  • Electrical Journeyman License
  • Preferred license (EE-98J or EL-1J)
  • 4+ years of electrical experience (industrial preferred)
  • Knowledge of HV/MV/LV AC/DC systems
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Willing to travel and accept assignments in New Mexico
  • Willing to reciprocate the Electrical Journeyman License to perform work in New Mexico
