Product Owner - Military Veterans

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our Onboard Services (OBS) team for a long-term, fully on-site position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our transformational efforts in revolutionizing our catering systems and enhancing the employee and customer experience.

Responsibilities: As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development of our end-to-end catering system, improving both customer and employee-facing programs.

Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, build user stories, and map out processes to fully understand business needs.
- Leading the execution of our catering transformation by partnering with In Flight, Commercial, and IT teams to prioritize work and deliver business value.
- Participating in daily Scrum ceremonies, scoring backlog items, and managing product development in alignment with the product roadmap.
- Defining success criteria for new products/releases and conducting post-implementation analysis to measure impact.
- Ensuring that functionality integrates seamlessly into Flight Attendant and customer-facing channels while maintaining a focus on delivering value and meeting business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience gathering requirements from stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with coworkers, customers, and leadership.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or Management Information Systems.
- 3-5 years of experience in an Agile product owner role, including experience in leading teams within the Agile framework.
- Experience working with tools like Agility One (VersionOne).
- Familiarity with commercial or operations functions such as In Flight, Reservations, Airport Customer Service, Digital, or Sales.
