Lead Analyst - Data Science - Military Veterans

Infosys is seeking an Alteryx Developer with Strong Python skills. As an analytics expert within the Internal Audit Department, you will be consistently faced with new and interesting challenges. Ideal candidate will work with clients to understand the issues they face, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment. One will also have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients by connecting various functions of cloud components. Ideally the candidate uses understanding of the problem to arrive at multiple solution alternatives keeping in mind the various stakeholders and assess the pros and cons of all the alternatives to arrive at the optimal solution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Candidate must live within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC, Jersey City, NJ, Jacksonville, FL or Richmond, VA or be willing to relocate. This is an onsite position. Travel within the US may be required.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
• 3+ years of experience as Core Python Developer with SQL, ETL and Alteryx
• At least 3 years of experience in translating business logic from various systems such as ETL, Excel, SQL, etc. into Alteryx in a quick and accurate manner
• At least 3 years of experience in design, develop, validate, and troubleshoot the ETL workflows and datasets in Alteryx for analysis, forecasting, and report delivery
• At least 3 years of experience in Performing data extraction/acquisition using multiple databases and querying languages (preferred) for the purpose of creating reporting results to the end user
• At least 1 years of experience in working With audit and regulatory compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR
• At least 1 year of experience in developing ML, NLP Deep learning models
• Ability to develop re-usable processes that can be leveraged and standardized for multiple instances
• Ability to write clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement to implement practical solutions.
• Debugging codes when required and troubleshooting any Python-related queries.
• Familiarity in working with Multi cloud environment such as, GCP, AWS, Azure
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• High Impact client communication
• Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Capital Markets

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
