Position Number: 010670 Department: Housing and Residence Life (Adm) Employment Type: Permanent - Full-time Months Per Year: 12 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Associate Director for Student Accountability and Leadership Programs is a member of the department's Residence Life Leadership Team who supervises, leads, and develops staff and provides vision/direction for specific content areas in the Residence Life unit. Provides supervision and development for full-time, master's level Assistant Directors, as well as the professional and student staff assigned to their areas. Responsible for providing the leadership and direction for departmental initiatives related to residential student conduct and case management, desk operations and recognition, along with student leadership advising and development. Member of the department's Residence Life Leadership Team. Serves as a departmental representative on assigned University and Division of Student Affairs committees. Responsible for working with and assisting the Division of Student Affairs and Housing and Residence Life with gathering research, creating reports and all assessment efforts related to Residence Life. Reports to the Director of Residence Life. Minimum Experience / Education: Master's degree (ideally in higher education, counseling and/or student personnel, or a related field). Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in campus housing, student affairs or a related field. Experience supervising graduate and professional staff. Experience serving in on-call response and/or in crisis management. Preferred Education Skills and Experience: Experience advising student groups. Experience using Maxient conduct software system. Experience with case management with college students. 5 years or more experience supervising professional staff and graduate.
