The duration of this temporary role is approximately 7 months. Bench research for laboratory research project(s), including various techniques such as cell purification and transfection, mammalian cell culture, CRISPR targeting, ELISAs, flow cytometry, molecular biology and genomic library preparation. Experimental planning, analysis and compilation of data. Work with laboratory mice, including genotyping, injections, immunizations, blood collection, and tissue isolation and preparation.
