We have an **urgent opening** for an **Entry-Level Payroll and HR Coordinator** with a client company of AppleOne in **Irvine**.

This is a **Direct Hire** position offering competitive pay of **$18+ per hour**.

?? **Position Overview:**
As a vital member of our team, you will assist in processing payroll and ensuring compliance for government-funded projects while supporting the onboarding of our electrical field workers.

?? **Key Responsibilities:**
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage payroll compliance for government-funded projects.
- Support the onboarding process for electrical field workers.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and assisting with office tasks.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR-related matters.

?? **Qualifications:**
- Bilingual in **English and Spanish**.
- Entry-level position; no college degree required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential!
