Exciting Opportunity for a Receptionist in Farmington Hills!

We have a fantastic short-term opportunity for a Receptionist in Farmington Hills, MI. This role allows you to interact with a variety of individuals, from vendors and customers to job applicants and team members, while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Position Type: Temporary coverage, October 15th - 21st (5 days)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome.
Manage the switchboard by directing incoming and outgoing calls.
Assist team members and visitors with a positive attitude.
Use essential office tools like Microsoft Word.
Follow established office procedures to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
Strong customer service and front desk skills.
Ability to handle a switchboard and juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word.
